Mainly danced with partners, this dance form increases the body fitness and helps in weight loss. In this session, you will be introduced with this unique dance style and learn about the moves. In this dance form, your upper body part will remain still and will be preceded with the beautiful leg movements. Here, a trainer will guide you with the shoulder and hand movements along with the different postures including the parts above waist.
