We foster collaborative learning. We identify employees who are experts in their domain/technical/soft skills. We call them Champs. These champs conduct workshops for other employees. These sessions have become popular as the Champs are easily accessible for other people.

Cross functional work - Every employee attends a day of work with other teams to understand the correlation of work between his/her department and the other. This helps to build the sense of responsibility and leads to smooth coordination and execution of interdepartmental work/processes. Ex. every employee attend at least one sales meeting, sit with customer support team for 3-4 hours listening to calls and reading the emails, visit operations office, attend events organized by marketing team.

We have tied up with an NGO to plant a tree every week on behalf of us. We keep our employees informed about it.

We let our employees take one day off in a year to go and volunteer for any social/environmental cause. Employees choose this day and this day does not get deducted from their leave balance and is a paid leave.

We have happening Bermuda Fridays. People can dress in the most comfortable outfit on Fridays. It could be Bermudas, palazzos, Chappals, hip hops or anything they feel extremely comfortable in.
